This website

Optional analytics (Google Analytics and PostHog) runs only after you choose Accept analytics. Before acceptance, or if you choose Reject analytics, we do not load either analytics script or send analytics requests. Advertising cookies are not enabled.

While you submit or retry a form, its contents are held in the open page. They are not saved in browser local storage. A receipt reference appears after a successful submission.

Website chat storage

When available, chat uses local storage to keep a conversation reference and your chat rating choice. The reference can remain valid for up to 30 days; the widget normally forgets it after an hour without activity. Ending the visible chat does not immediately delete it. Clear this website's site data to remove browser storage. The privacy notice explains chat messages, page-visit information and records retained by our team.

Security cookies

Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. It may use strictly necessary security cookies, depending on the checks applied to a request. These cookies are used for security, not advertising.

Remembering your choice

When analytics is configured, the local-storage entry findalocum.analytics-consent.v2 records only your accept/reject choice, a version and an expiry time. Choices made before 11 October 2026 are asked again, because PostHog recordings were added then. It lasts for 180 days and is used to respect your preference. It does not contain your form information. Both acceptance and rejection are remembered for the same period.

If your browser cannot save a preference change, your choice still applies to the open page and we show a message explaining that it could not be saved. Check Cookie settings again on your next visit. If no valid preference can be read, analytics stays off until you accept. Clearing browser storage removes the saved choice. With JavaScript disabled, optional analytics remains off and no consent banner is required.

Analytics cookies and information

After consent, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_ followed by a stream-specific suffix. These first-party cookies help distinguish browsers and sessions. We limit their duration to 180 days and turn off automatic expiry extension on each visit. You can remove them sooner by rejecting analytics in Cookie settings.

We measure page use and confirmed enquiry completion. Page queries and fragments are removed, referrers are reduced to their website origin, and vacancy addresses are generalised. Form fields and enquiry or vacancy references are not sent. The privacy notice describes Google processing, retention and the information collected. No advertising tracking is enabled.

After consent, PostHog sets a first-party cookie and a matching local-storage entry, both named ph_ followed by the project key and _posthog. They hold a random browser identifier, the current visit and, once you sign in, your account reference. They last up to a year unless you reject analytics, which removes them. findalocum.account-created-counted remembers that a new account was already counted, so it is counted once.

Changing or withdrawing your choice

Select Cookie settings in the footer to reopen the choices, then choose Accept analytics or Reject analytics. Both choices are available together. Rejecting after acceptance stops further analytics and removes this site's Google Analytics and PostHog cookies and storage. Necessary security cookies and your enquiry are not deleted.
