Locum booking fees
£19.99 + VAT per locum, per day worked. One booking fee for GPs, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and practice nurses.
One locum working one, two or three calendar days costs £19.99, £39.98 or £59.97 respectively, plus VAT. Part-days carry the same daily booking fee. The hiring organisation pays the locum's agreed pay and expenses directly and separately. This is an illustrative example.
How the daily fee works
Your organisation pays our booking fee for each locum, for each booked calendar day they work.
You contract with the locum and pay them directly, and their rate and agreed expenses are separate from our fee. Before booking, agree payment and cancellation terms in writing.
VAT will be added once our registration takes effect. The calculator shows fees before VAT.

A part-day carries the same daily fee. Each locum counts separately: two locums working on the same date equal two locum days.
Is the fee the same for remote and hybrid work?
Yes. The same daily booking fee applies to on-site, remote and hybrid assignments.
Are there subscription or registration fees?
No. There is no monthly subscription or charge to enquire. Registration and work-finding are free for locums.
