Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Kirklees and Calderdale each involve different journeys. Give the postcode for every workplace and explain any travel between sites during the day, particularly for PCN work shared across several practices.
Leeds does not have a charging Clean Air Zone, but Bradford does. It is a Class C zone: some older vans, taxis, buses and lorries are charged, but private cars are not. Check your vehicle against the official guidance, and agree parking and any reimbursable travel costs before booking.

A remote assignment still needs a defined service location, approved access, agreed duties and support from the practice. Identify any induction or sessions that require attendance. For every role, confirm the professional registration and other requirements for the country and work involved.
