Delete your FindALocum account.
Use this form to request deletion of your account and associated personal data. You can send a request after uninstalling the app, and you do not need to sign in.
How to request deletion
Enter your name and the email address used for your FindALocum account. In your message, say “Please delete my FindALocum account and associated personal data”. Include only what we need to identify the account; leave out passwords, identity documents and patient information.
Our team will contact you to confirm your identity and handle the request. We aim to complete account deletion within 30 days of confirming the request. If we need more information or must retain records, we will explain this to you.
Bookings and practice access
Tell us if you have upcoming bookings or are the only administrator for a practice with shifts coming up. We will help you arrange cancellation, completion or another administrator so existing bookings can be managed.
What happens to your information
We remove account and profile information, uploaded documents and preferences when they are no longer required. Some records must be kept for legal obligations, resolving disputes and preventing fraud. Our privacy notice explains retention, including right-to-work results, booking and payment records. Invoices already issued keep the locum’s name as issued, as tax law requires.
You can also request deletion in the app through Me → Sign-in and security → Delete account. The app may ask you to sign in again and resolve upcoming bookings first.
Keep the receipt reference shown after sending. Our team will reply using the email address you provide.
