About the role
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to help more GPs, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, practice nurses and practices find FindALocum.
You’ll run our social media, email campaigns and website content, measure what works and keep our messages clear and accurate. You’ll work with business development and report on results each month.
What you’ll do
- Plan and publish posts for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, and reply to comments and messages.
- Write and update website pages, guides, blog posts and email campaigns.
- Run and measure paid campaigns within an agreed budget.
- Track website visits, registrations and enquiries, and report on what is working.
- Help with search engine optimisation, including page titles, descriptions and new content ideas.
- Check that marketing claims are accurate and follow advertising rules, including the CAP Code.
- Create simple graphics and short videos using our brand templates.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in a marketing role, in-house or at an agency.
- Clear writing and careful proofreading.
- Experience running social media accounts for a business.
- Comfort with analytics tools and reporting on results.
- Good organisation, with the ability to manage a content calendar.

Useful but not essential
- Experience marketing to healthcare professionals or the NHS.
- Experience with search engine optimisation or paid search.
- Design or video editing skills.
- A marketing qualification, such as one from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
What we offer
- £28,000 to £33,000 a year, depending on experience
- Permanent, full-time: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday
- Based at our Leeds head office: West Court Offices, Park Lane, Allerton Bywater, WF10 2FY
- 28 days’ paid holiday, including bank holidays

About FindALocum
FindALocum helps GP practices, pharmacies and hospitals find locum GPs, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and practice nurses. Practices post shifts and pay a flat booking fee for each locum day. Locums register free and are paid directly by the practice. Our Leeds head office handles the checks, bookings and support behind every shift.
